Common Issues
I can't see photos on match cards
This is by design! We hide photos initially to focus on compatibility. Photos are revealed after mutual interest with premium access.
How do I improve my matches?
Complete your full profile (all 223 fields) for better matching. The more information you provide, the better our AI can find compatible partners.
I'm not getting any matches
Make sure your profile is complete and your preferences aren't too restrictive. Try widening your search criteria (age range, location, etc.).
